I highly recommend Coach Anush to anyone looking to achieve tangible results at work on top of the self-understanding/self-work emotional growth intangibles which you might get from traditional therapy or life coaching. We worked together 1:1 for 6 months and with her guidance I went from being burned out, underpaid, and not setting work boundaries effectively to landing a new job with a great team with better work-life balance on top of a $50K+ salary increase and 2 effective promotions in level. Coach Anush also helped me identify and work through blindspots and invisible scripts which I could not see when I was just doing self-improvement exercises from a book. She kept me accountable in doing weekly exercises and having key conversations with stakeholders at work.
